Lesley is able to assist and advise specifically in Property Law, all aspects of Conveyancing in relation to the buying and selling of residential and commercial properties including strata title units and sales off the plan, retirement village units, rural and leasehold properties, the registration of easements, subdivisions and consolidations, commercial and retail leases, the sale and purchase of businesses, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship.

Using the latest technology and software Lesley is able to provide a cost and time efficient service to each of her clients including virtual consultations.  Of course meeting in person is always available and Lesley is happy, by prior arrangement, to offer flexible consultations and to meet out of office.

Lesley qualified with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (BA LLB) from Rhodes University in South Africa.  She subsequently completed a Master of Law (LLM) at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.  Lesley was a partner in a law firm in Johannesburg specialising in property law and specifically the registration of large scale residential developments.

Following her relocation to Australia Lesley was admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW in 2001.  Lesley is an experienced commercial property lawyer having been in practice for over 25 years both as a Partner and as the Principal of her own practice.
